About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Marketing Manager to own and execute campaigns that fuel Replica’s growth. In this role, you’ll design and manage integrated campaigns, oversee digital spend, support event marketing, update web content, and deliver actionable reporting on all programs. You’ll collaborate closely with sales, product, and leadership to drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue impact.
Responsibilities

  • Campaigns: Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
  • Events: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences (from logistics to follow-up).
  • Paid Media: Manage digital ad spend across search, social, and display platforms; track ROI and optimize performance.
  • Web Content: Update and optimize website content to reflect campaigns, offers, and product positioning.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, measure, and report on all campaign and event performance; deliver insights to improve outcomes.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership on messaging, targeting, and funnel optimization.
  • Partner with external vendors and agencies when needed to scale campaigns.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation or digital marketing, preferably in B2B enterprise infrastructure software or cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to manage integrated campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Hands-on experience with digital ad platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, data-driven mindset with a focus on results.
