Why Replica?

Replica has built the Secure Operations Platform for the age of AI. We are at an inflection point: the market is ready to understand why secure environments are the missing infrastructure layer of the AI era — and we need a marketing leader who can make that case to the world.”

For years, organizations have faced an impossible choice: move fast and accept risk or maintain security and slow innovation. Replica eliminates that compromise.

Our patented Secure Environments Platform gives organizations comprehensive control, observability, and protection for the highest-risk digital work in the world. Today, leading financial institutions, healthcare organizations, global enterprises, and government agencies use Replica to securely perform investigations, fraud operations, research, software development, threat analysis, AI experimentation, and other high-stakes activities.

As organizations accelerate adoption of Agentic AI, the need for controlled operating environments has never been greater. Replica provides the security, governance, and operational controls required to enable AI safely while reducing organizational risk.

Replica is also uniquely positioned to address several of the most significant risks identified in emerging advanced AI threat models, including activity concealment, compromise containment, deception for protection, and advanced behavioral intelligence.

Founder led by globally recognized experts in Cyber Operations, OSINT and CounterIntelligence, Replica is credentialed beyond the basics: in production for global Fortune customers, certified with the DoD/DoW, sole-source authority for US government, 24 issued patents, multiple industry awards, and more.

We are a Certified B Corporation, forged in the realities of Cyber Counterintelligence, and believe security should enable innovation, not prevent it.

The Opportunity

Replica Cyber is seeking a customer-facing Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship across the full customer lifecycle, from discovery and evaluation through implementation, operationalization, and early expansion. Replica’s platform delivers secure environments for high-stakes work, providing fully isolated, rapidly deployable environments for sensitive use cases such as threat intelligence, fraud investigation, malware analysis, incident response, AI testing and evaluation, and secure innovation.

This role is best suited for a deeply technical practitioner who is equally credible in pre-sales and post-sales settings. The right candidate will help customers understand how Replica fits into their environment, design deployment and workflow approaches that align to customer requirements and stay close to implementation long enough to ensure the platform delivers measurable operational value. The ideal candidate is more than a demo engineer. This person is a technical owner who can help shape a deal, design the right solution, and guide implementation, to ensure the customer is successful in practice. They are consultative without being abstract, hands-on without being narrow, and commercially aware without losing technical credibility.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Account Executives on technical discovery, qualification, demo strategy, proof-of-value design, and evaluation planning for strategic and technically complex opportunities
  • Deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect Replica’s secure environments platform to the customer’s real operating context rather than relying on generic feature tours
  • Help build repeatable demo environments, implementation patterns, and solution playbooks that improve technical consistency across the go-to-market team
  • Act as the primary technical counterpart during evaluations, resolving technical questions, guiding success criteria, and helping customers establish internal confidence in the solution
  • Lead or co-lead post-sales implementation efforts, including onboarding, configuration, enablement, testing, and go-live support
  • Support selective customer success motions where technical depth drives retention or expansion, including adoption reviews, use-case expansion planning, technical health checkpoints, and executive-ready solution recommendations
  • Produce technical deliverables such as architecture diagrams, deployment plans, integration notes, security documentation inputs, implementation runbooks, and solution briefs
  • Capture product and implementation feedback from the field and translate it into actionable recommendations for Product and Engineering, especially where repeatable patterns can improve time to value or reduce deployment friction

What We’re Looking For

Required

  • 5+ years in Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, Customer Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar customer-facing technical role
  • Demonstrated success operating across both pre-sales and post-sales responsibilities in a B2B software, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or SaaS environment
  • Ability to lead technical discovery sessions, architecture discussions, executive-facing product demonstrations, and implementation workshops with enterprise customers
  • Strong technical fluency in several of the following areas: cybersecurity operations, endpoint or network security, identity and access concepts, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, enterprise SaaS administration, secure remote access, isolated or sandboxed environments, and workflow design for sensitive operations
  • Strong troubleshooting and systems thinking, with the ability to decompose complex customer environments into executable deployment and adoption plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical tradeoffs clearly to both technical and business stakeholders
  • Proven ability to operate with autonomy, manage ambiguity, and maintain high-quality execution across multiple accounts and project phases

Preferred Experience

  • Experience supporting teams responsible for threat intelligence, malware analysis, fraud investigations, incident response, digital forensics, or other high-trust mission workflows
  • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms, enterprise identity and access patterns, proxying and egress controls, network restrictions, and compliance-sensitive deployment requirements
  • Experience helping customers operationalize platforms that intersect with security, cloud, and investigative workflows rather than single-function point products
  • Experience in startup or growth-stage environments where cross-functional ownership and strong execution are required
  • Ability to create polished technical artifacts for both external customers and internal enablement

Cross-Functional Partnership

This role will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success. The Solutions Engineer will often serve as the connective tissue between what customers need, what the platform can do today, what needs to be implemented well, and what should be improved over time to support repeatable growth.

What Makes Someone Successful Here

Success at Replica starts with Intellectual Curiosity. Relentless drive to learn and help our customers be successful. In this role means the candidate can run strong discovery, deliver tailored demos, guide technical validation, and remain engaged through onboarding and deployment. This person should be able to work directly with security leaders, architects, analysts, operations teams, and executive stakeholders while maintaining trust with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success internally.

The strongest candidates will combine technical depth with excellent customer judgment. They should be comfortable translating ambiguous requirements into practical implementation plans, identifying risks before they become blockers, and turning repeated field patterns into more scalable deployment approaches and feedback for product improvement.
